Nearly all-new roofs in Indiana's fastest-growing town
Whitestown's population has more than tripled since the 2010 census, and most of that growth sits within Anson, the master-planned community that began development in 2005 — so the overwhelming majority of Whitestown roofs are recent construction, built to current wind and material standards rather than the older systems found in Lebanon or Sheridan.
New doesn't mean storm-proof
Even new roofing fails under severe hail or straight-line wind, and the sheer volume of new rooflines added as Whitestown grew from 471 residents in 2000 to roughly 11,276 by 2023 means storm-damage roofing calls scale directly with the town's rapid, ongoing construction.
